Mothering is a seasonal support group offering space to explore mothering in all its forms within the warmth and ripening energy of summer. Date: Thursday's: 2nd July - 6th August Time: 10am – 11:30am Location: Therapy Rooms Painswick, GL6 6RD Held within the season of fruiting and abundance, this circle invites reflection on nurture, resilience and the quiet ways we grow through care and connection. As the earth moves towards fullness and harvest, we are offered an opportunity to recognise what has been tended within ourselves and within our relationships over time. Mothering may be experienced through parenting, being parented, longing, loss, ancestry, chosen family, community care, or tending to parts of ourselves that need compassion. This space welcomes the complexity and richness of those experiences. Just as Summer reminds us that growth is nurtured, carried and earned, this group offers space to pause and acknowledge the visible and invisible labour of care - the strength, vulnerability and wisdom held within mothering in its many forms. Sessions include gentle nature-based practices, grounding exercises, reflective prompts and optional sharing within a held and supportive circle. Mothering may be particularly supportive for individuals who: • Are navigating the experience of being a mother or caregiver • Are exploring their relationship with their own mother or maternal lineage • Carry grief, longing or ambivalence connected to mothering • Wish to honour the nurturing aspects of themselves in a seasonal context There is no pressure to share more than feels right.
