Shades of Myth is a six-week supportive group for self-identifying People of Colour (PoC) to explore feelings of safety, belonging, and trust, both internally and in the wider world. Dates: TBC Time: TBC Location: Therapy Rooms Painswick This group provides a held and welcoming space where participants can meet indoors or outdoors, using nature as a supportive backdrop for reflection and connection. Together, participants explore how safety, trust, and belonging show up in their bodies, emotions, and daily lives, and how to cultivate grounding and resilience. The group provides a supportive environment for PoC to reflect on shared experiences in a safe and understanding space. This group may be especially helpful for those who: Want to explore feelings of safety, identity, and belonging. Appreciate reflective group work in a nature-based setting. Seek connection and community with others who share similar lived experiences. Wish to develop resilience and grounding in a supportive environment. Sharing is always optional, with no expectation to disclose more than feels comfortable. Our services are subsidised to keep them accessible. A small bursary fund is also available - please reach out if cost is a concern.
