Mothering Season: Spring is a seasonal circle offering space to explore mothering in all its forms within the vibrant energy of Spring. Date: Thursday's: 14th May, 21st May, 4th June, 11th June & 18th June. Time: 10am – 11:30am Location: Therapy Rooms Painswick, GL6 6RD * Please note there is no session during half term on Thurs 28th May Held within the greening landscape of Spring, this circle invites reflection on nurture, growth and belonging. As the earth moves into blossom, we are offered a mirror for the ways we mother - through care, protection, creativity, strength and tenderness. Mothering may be experienced through parenting, being parented, longing, loss, ancestry, chosen family, community care, or tending to parts of ourselves that need compassion. This space welcomes the complexity and richness of those experiences. Sessions include gentle nature-based practices, grounding exercises, reflective prompts and optional sharing within a held and supportive circle. Mothering Season may be particularly supportive for individuals who: • Are navigating the experience of being a mother or caregiver • Are exploring their relationship with their own mother or maternal lineage • Carry grief, longing or ambivalence connected to mothering • Wish to honour the nurturing aspects of themselves in a seasonal context There is no pressure to share more than feels right. Our services are subsidised to keep them accessible. A small bursary fund is available - please reach out if cost is a concern.
