Service Description
These sharing circles bring people together around the themes of the season, creating an opportunity to explore what is shifting, growing or needing attention in our lives. Dates: Wednesdays, 10th December 2025 – 14th January 2026 Time: 10:30am – 11:30am Location: The Therapy Rooms, Painswick, GL6 6RD * Please note, there will be NO sessions on Weds 24th or 31st Dec 2025 Rooted in therapeutic and nature-informed practice, these groups offer a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect and connect with others. Sessions include gentle guided discussion, grounding practices, quiet reflection, and simple nature-based activities that help people feel more present and settled. They may be particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing: Anxiety, low mood or depression Grief and loss Social isolation or loneliness Burnout or chronic stress Life transitions or identity challenges Neurodivergent experience Disconnection from self, others, or the natural world You do not need any prior experience of therapy or nature-based work to take part. Each session is held with care, and participants are invited - never pressured - to share only what feels right for them.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your place, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This notice period allows us to offer your space to someone else and helps us manage our time and resources sustainably. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, will be subject to the full fee. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the smooth running of our community work.
