Hidden Seeds is a group offering gentle support for those navigating pregnancy and babyloss. Dates: 5th Feb, 7th May, 8th Oct & 3rd Dec (book one or all) Time: 10am to 11:30am Location: Therapy Rooms Painswick, GL6 6RD Rooted in nature’s quiet strength, this group provides a safe and compassionate circle to honour loss, nurture resilience, and find connection. Like seeds beneath the soil, participants are invited to recognise their hidden strength and the possibility of growth, even in the darkest seasons. Sessions include grounding practices, creative reflection, and optional sharing, all held with care and sensitivity. Hidden Seeds may be particularly supportive for individuals who: Are grieving pregnancy or babyloss Feel isolated in their experience Seek a safe space of understanding and compassion Wish to gently explore resilience and hope within a therapeutic community There is no pressure to share more than feels right. Our services are subsidised to keep them accessible. A small bursary fund is also available - please reach out if cost is a concern.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your place, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This notice period allows us to offer your space to someone else and helps us manage our time and resources sustainably. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, will be subject to the full fee.
