Join us for a creative, hands-on gardening session where you’ll learn how to make a “flowering lasagne pot” – a clever planting technique that layers bulbs and flowers so your pot blooms beautifully, season after season. While this isn’t a therapy group, gardening and planting are well known to boost wellbeing, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm connection with nature. You’ll leave not only with new skills but also with your very own pot to take home and enjoy. This workshop offers: Step-by-step guidance on how to layer your pot for continuous flowering. A gentle, friendly space to be creative with plants. The therapeutic benefits of working with soil and connecting with nature. An opportunity to spend time with others who enjoy learning and creating. Whether you’re a keen gardener or a complete beginner, this workshop is accessible to all. Everything you need will be provided – just bring yourself and your curiosity. Date & Time: TBC Venue: Therapy Rooms Painswick Cost: £30 (inclusive of all materials, refreshments, and your own flowering pot to take home).
