Service Description
As much of the plant world seems to die and the darkest time of the year approaches, the coming of winter is clear. Take a moment to honour all that has passed, acknowledging the experiences of loss, sadness, and grief, and the ways they have shaped you. Allow yourself the courage to release what no longer serves you, creating space for healing. Gently reflect on what needs to be let go of, trusting the natural rhythms of nature to guide you in making room for what lies ahead.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your place, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This notice period allows us to offer your space to someone else and helps us manage our time and resources sustainably. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, will be subject to the full fee. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the smooth running of our community work.
