Service Description

As much of the plant world begins to return to the earth and the darker months draw near, the turning of the year becomes unmistakable. This is a threshold season - a time of endings, remembrance and quiet descent. We are invited to acknowledge what has passed - the experiences of change, loss, sadness or grief - and the ways they have shaped us. Just as the land releases its leaves, we too can begin to soften our hold on what no longer serves us. In honouring what has been, we create space for rest, healing and renewal. Trusting the natural rhythms of the earth, we prepare the ground for what will one day grow again. Our seasonal workshops offer a gentle framework for reflection, growth and renewal. Rooted in the rhythms of the land, each gathering mirrors a stage of development - from awakening and nurturing to fruition, integration and release. Through shared ritual, grounded reflection and connection with nature, participants are supported to explore intention, resilience, balance and letting go. You can experience the workshops as a full cycle of six across the year, or attend individual sessions aligned with the season that speaks most to you.
