Group Attendance Record

Following each group session delivered on behalf of Earth Wisdom, facilitators are asked to complete a Group Attendance Record.

This record supports:

• Accurate monitoring of attendance

• Responsible use of funded resources

• Clear internal record-keeping

• Funder reporting requirements
  

Completed attendance records should be completed within 48 hours of the session.

This process forms part of our shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and the sustainable delivery of group work within Earth Wisdom.
