At Earth Wisdom, our mission is to:

  1. Provide Accessible, Inclusive, Therapy: We are dedicated to providing high-quality, inclusive therapy that supports mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Whether in nature or in a more traditional setting, we offer people the choice to engage in the kind of therapy that feels right for them. Our passion for nature-based approaches guides our work, but we know that healing looks different for everyone - and every path is welcome here.

  2. Break Down Financial Barriers: We believe that access to support should never be limited by income. Through funding, community collaboration, and volunteer-led care, we offer reduced-cost counselling - ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial situation, can access the help they need.

  3. Foster a Supportive Community: At Earth Wisdom, we believe healing is nurtured through connection - to self, to others, and for some, to the natural world. We create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether it's through group therapy, one-to-one sessions, or time spent in nature, we aim to build a community where people can grow, heal, and thrive - together.

Becoming part of Earth Wisdom Ecotherapy CIC means joining a supportive, nature-centred community dedicated to making mental health support accessible, inclusive, and sustainable. Whether you're a student on placement, a volunteer, or an experienced practitioner, you'll be contributing to a service that integrates traditional therapy with nature-based approaches to improve mental health, build emotional resilience, and foster personal growth.

As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience in ecotherapy, develop your skills in outdoor therapeutic practice, and help break down financial barriers through reduced-cost mental health services. By fostering a safe and inclusive space, we empower individuals to improve their mental health, connect with nature, and build a sense of belonging within a supportive community.

What Earth Wisdom CIC Means to Us

Earth Wisdom Ecotherapy Community Interest Company was created from a deep belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation - it happens in relationship: with each other, with the land, and with ourselves.

As a not-for-profit, our work is rooted in, community, inclusivity, and accessibility. The CIC allows us to offer reduced-cost counselling, ecotherapy sessions, and group workshops for those who might otherwise be excluded from support.

It’s our way of making space - for voices that often go unheard, for gentler ways of healing, and for those who find strength in the natural world.

We see the CIC as a living thing. It grows with the seasons, with the people involved, and with the needs of the community it serves. Whether you’re attending a workshop, accessing reduced-cost counselling, or walking alongside us as a volunteer, you are part of that story.
